Want to run or jog as a way of getting fit or as a competitive sport?
We offer personalised fitness routines. We work with you on your running style, using range of techniques to improve performance across
long and short distances, on road, cross country or track.
We will focus on:
- Flexibility – developing more power in the muscles, avoiding
injury and improving running
efficiency.
- Power – strengthening the muscles around the pelvis and
spine, to increase power
through the arms and legs, and improving running speed.
- Balance – Improving balance will reduce stress on
the body and help avoid common sport
related injuries to the knees, hips and ankles.
- Speed & Agility – Increasing your speed under
control, over short distances, will improve
finishing times.
- Strength & Endurance – building up the right muscles, to reduce fatigue and improve overall
performance, whatever the terrain
or distance.
