To be top of your game, you need to make sure you arrive on the course
in the best shape.
Our group golf training programme works
specifically on improving your game fitness and help
you reduce your handicap.You’ll
be coached with the same training methods and techniques
designed for
the competitive golfers.
We will focus on:
- Power – to strike longer powerful shots from the
tees and the fairway.
- Balance & Co-ordination – to co-ordinate the balance
and rhythm of your swing, to help to
hit the ball straighter and on target.
- Strength & Flexibility – this will help you hit the ball further and straighter with reduced risk of injury.
- Muscular Endurance – to build on muscular endurance and stamina.
