Interested in cycing, to improve fitness or as a competitive sport? We offer
tailor made cycle fitness routines to suit your personal requirements.
We work with you on your cycling style, the programme
uses a range of
techniques to improve your cycling performance across all distances, whether
long or
short distance, roadwork or cross country.
We will focus on:
- Flexibility – developing more power in your muscles,
will reduce injury and improve cycling efficiency.
- Power – strengthening muscles around the pelvis and
spine will increase power through the arms
and legs, allowing you to
cycle faster.
- Balance –improving balance will reduce stress on the
body, thereby to avoiding injuries to the
knees, hips and ankles.
- Speed & Agility – increasing your
speed under control over short distances and achieve better times.
- Strength & Endurance – building up the right muscles,
reduces fatigue and allow you to perform
better, whatever the terrain
or distance.
